THE LAMB PATTERN IN BUILDING THE TEMPLE

Most persons familiar with the Bible realise that references in the Greek Scriptures to the 'Lamb of God' refer to Jesus's sacrificed body. So important is this 'Lamb' in God's plans that it is referred to 28 times in the book of Revelation. An important powerful 'Lamb' of God, worthy to receive power, riches, wisdom, strength, honour, glory and blessings.

"The four living creatures and the 24 elders fell down before the Lamb, each one had a harp and golden bowls that were full of incense. They sing a new song, saying: “You are worthy to take the scroll and open its seals, for you were slaughtered and with your blood you bought people for God out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, and you made them to be a Kingdom and priests to our God, and they are to rule as kings over the earth.” “The Lamb who was slaughtered is worthy to receive the power and riches and wisdom and strength and honour and glory and blessing.” Rev 5:8-10,12.

These references to the 'Lamb' impress its importance in God's plan, which has been developing over thousands of years. Understanding the development of God's plans involving this 'lamb' over previous thousands of years, will enable clearer perception of these 28 references to the Lamb contained in the book of Revelation.

This descriptive name, the 'Lamb of God' is of course referring to Jesus Christ in connection with the Passover sacrifice. The book of Revelation discloses the final part of a three phase plan directed by God over a period of 3,500 years, involving this 'Lamb' concept. The first phase was a preview which outlined the plan, forming an initial pattern. It detailed a means of saving thousands of firstborn Israelite males by using the blood of sacrificed lambs in c1500 BC. The second phase establishes the real sacrificed lamb's blood in 33AD, saving tens of thousands of firstborn ones. The third phase is disclosed in the book of Revelation, which deals with the implementation of the power of this Lamb's blood in realising God's plan, to bring all things under the control of this Lamb by the power of its blood.

"A festival (ie Passover festival)....is a shadow (or pattern) of the things to come, but the reality belongs to the Christ" Col
2,16-17.

Something not so commonly understood is that there are many other sacrificial 'lambs of God', who perform a similar sacrificial role and function as Jesus. We will be examining this as we review the 'Passover Lamb' and its three phases.

PART 1

PHASE 1. THE PATTERN IS LAID DOWN

1. THE SACRIFICED LAMB

This plan was laid down in Egypt 3,500 years ago, its drafting covered 40 years. Details of the Passover pattern are recorded in the book of Exodus. A lamb was to be sacrificed on the 14th day of Nison (April). This Lamb needed to be healthy, when killed none of its bones were to be broken.

"take ... a sheep to a house. Your sheep should be a sound, one-year-old male. You must care for it until the 14th day of this month (April), and the whole congregation of the assembly of Israel must slaughter it at twilight. They must take some of the blood and splash it on the two doorposts and the upper part of the doorway of the houses in which they eat it. “They must eat the meat on this night. They should roast it over the fire and eat it along with unleavened bread and bitter greens" Ex 12:3-8.

2. BLOOD SAVES 22,273 FIRSTBORN MALES.

At midnight on the 14th all firstborn in Egypt were killed. That night a blood flag was painted around the entrances to each Israelite house which protected any firstborn males inside from being killed. There were 22,273 first born Israelite males saved from death by the application of the lambs blood. These ones were then claimed by God, as belonging to Him.

" I will pass through the land of Egypt on this night and strike every firstborn in the land of Egypt, from man to beast; and I will execute judgment on all the gods of Egypt. I am Yhwh. The blood will serve as your sign on the houses where you are; and I will see the blood and pass over you, and the plague will not come on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt" ...."In each house it is to be eaten. You must not take any of the meat outside of the house, and you must not break any of its bones", Exodus 12:12-14,46.

3. 22,273 FIRSTBORN SAVED, EXCHANGED INTO A PRIESTHOOD.

These saved ones belonging to God, He exchanged them into priests. All 22,273 first born males who were preserved alive were replaced man for man by Levite males or by a ransom payment, into a priesthood.

"Yhwh said to Moses: “You must take the Levites for me—I am Yhwh—in place of all the firstborn of the Israelites, ... Moses then registered all the firstborn among the Israelites, just as Yhwh had commanded him. The number of all the firstborn males who were registered by name from a month old and up was 22,273".

"Yhwh continued to speak to Moses, saying: “Take the Levites in place of all the firstborn among the Israelites, .. the Levites must become mine. ( All Levite males Moses and Aaron registered, were 22,000 ). the ransom price of the 273 of the firstborn of the Israelites in excess of the Levites, ... take five shekels for each individual, ... You are to give the money to Aaron and his sons as the ransom price of those who are in excess of them.” So Moses ... took the money from the firstborn of the Israelites, 1,365 shekels, (5x273)... Moses gave the money of the ransom price to Aaron and his sons" Numbers 3:40-51.

“I have taken the Levites from among the Israelites in place of the first male offspring of every Israelite woman. The Levites are mine, for all the firstborn are mine. When I struck down all the firstborn in Egypt, I set apart for myself every firstborn in Israel,”(Numbers 3:12-13 (NIV).

These events were crafted by God to form important parts of the pattern, the transferring later of a far larger more important group of “first born” ones into a powerful priesthood.

4. THE PRIESTHOOD SERVES IN A TEMPLE

These exchanged Levites officiated as Priests in a Tabernacle Temple arrangement, designed by God. They offered sacrifices to God in the Tabernacle in order to remove sin on behalf of the people. God's presence was symbolised in the Holy of Holies compartment of this Tabernacle.

"They are to make a sanctuary for me, and I will reside among them. You are to make it, the tabernacle and all its furnishings, following exactly the pattern that I am showing you" Ex 25:8-9.

" Moses finished the work. And the cloud began to cover the tent of meeting, and Yhwh's glory filled the tabernacle. Moses was not able to go into the tent of meeting because the cloud remained over it, and Yhwh's glory filled the tabernacle. And when the cloud lifted from the tabernacle, the Israelites would break camp during all stages of their journey. However, if the cloud did not lift up, then they would not break camp until the day it lifted. For Yhwh's cloud was over the tabernacle by day, and a fire remained over it by night in the sight of all the house of Israel during all stages of their journey" Ex 40:33-38.

The Levi Priests were set apart (sanctified) by the application of their own exclusive blood sacrifices, enabling them to perform special priestly duties in the Tabernacle.

"At the entrance of the tent of meeting before Yhwh, where I will present myself to you to speak to you there. “I will present myself there to the Israelites, and it will be sanctified by my glory. I will sanctify the tent of meeting and the altar, and I will sanctify Aaron and his sons so that they may serve as priests to me. I will reside among the people of Israel, and I will be their God. And they will certainly know that I am Yhwh their God, who brought them out of the land of Egypt so that I may reside among them. I am Yhwh their God" Ex 29:42-46.

5. HIGH PRIEST CARRIES SACRIFICE THROUGH CURTAIN INTO HOLY OF HOLY.

God provided Moses all the plans for constructing the tabernacle tent temple. It contained two sections; the Holy compartment and the Most Holy or Holy of Holies compartment. These were a blueprint for creating a far greater temple arrangement that God planned to build later with human stones in heaven. He instructed Moses to first cleanse the priesthood, then sacrifice ceremonies were to be carried out by the High priest, initially Aaron and the Levi Priesthood. The priests, by the application of sacrifices and washing, were as if cleansed of their sin to make them symbolically acceptable to Yhwh as specially set aside (holy) ones. These patterns outlined details for the construction of a future real High-Priest and priesthood of God.

Once a year on behalf of all the nation, the High-Priest was to carry a prescribed atonement blood sacrifice from the Altar in the courtyard, into the first tabernacle compartment, then through the curtain separating these two compartments, into the second holy of holies compartment. The High-Priest would present the sacrifice as if to God's presence at His symbolic throne in heaven. This also formed part of the preview blueprint pattern of a far greater arrangement, God's true High-Priest and priesthood would carry out at a future appointed time.

"Aaron will present the goat that was designated by lot for Yhwh and make it a sin offering. He will slaughter the goat of the sin offering, which is for the people, and bring its blood inside the curtain and do with its blood the same as he did with the bull’s blood; he is to spatter it toward the cover and before the cover". “He will make atonement in behalf of himself and his house and in behalf of the entire congregation of Israel" ... Lev 16:4-17

6. PRIESTHOOD CLEANSED

The Levite priesthood that belonged to God was given to the High priest Aaron to carry out atonement sacrifices for the people. First, these priests required representative cleansing by application of water and a blood sacrificial offering to God before they could officiate over sacrifices.

"Yhwh spoke to Moses, saying: “Speak to Aaron (tell him to) .. light up the lamps.. in front of the lampstand". “Take the Levites from among the Israelites, and cleanse them. .. Sprinkle sin-cleansing water on them, and they must shave their whole body with a razor, wash their garments, and cleanse themselves. Then they will take a young bull and its grain offering of fine flour mixed with oil, and you will take another young bull for a sin offering .. "the Levites will lay their hands on the heads of the bulls.. offer the one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering to Yhwh to make atonement for the Levites. You must separate the Levites from among the Israelites, ..for they are given to me from among the Israelites. In place of all those who are firstborn of the Israelites, I will take them for myself. .. I sanctified them to myself on the day I struck down every firstborn in the land of Egypt. I will take the Levites in place of all the firstborn among the Israelites. I will give the Levites as given ones to Aaron .. to carry out the service in behalf of the Israelites at the tent of meeting and to make atonement for the Israelites” Num 8:1-18.

Priests Incense

The sweet smell of incense was continually offered to God by the priests (pattern).

"Yhwh said to Moses: .. Make .. an incense; .. put some of it before the Testimony in the tent of meeting, where I will present myself to you. It should be most holy to you". Ex 30:22-37.

Sacrifice of Priests for the People

The blood sacrifices of the High Priest and the Levite priests were to be made inside the curtain of the Holy of Holies, symbolising God's heavenly throne position (pattern).

“He will then take the two goats .. Aaron will draw lots over the two goats, the one lot for Yhwh and the other lot for Azazel. Aaron will present the goat that was designated by lot for Yhwh and make it a sin offering. He will slaughter the goat of the sin offering, which is for the people, and bring its blood inside the curtain and do with its blood the same as he did with the bull’s blood; he is to spatter it toward the cover and before the cover". “He will make atonement in behalf of himself and his house and in behalf of the entire congregation of Israel" ... Lev 16:3-16

A second animal atonement for sin sacrifice was loaded with the nation's errors and sins and then released into the desert wilderness

"But the goat designated by lot for Azazel should be brought alive to stand before Yhwh in order to perform the atonement upon it, so that it may be sent away .. into the wilderness. Aaron will lay both his hands on the head of the live goat and confess over it all the errors of the Israelites and all their transgressions and all their sins, and he will put them on the head of the goat and send it away into the wilderness. The goat will carry ..all their errors into a desert land, “The anointed installed (high) priest will make atonement ..he will make atonement for the priests and for all the people of the congregation. To make atonement for the Israelites concerning all their sins once each year.” Lev 16:16-34.

These elements all formed part of a pattern of Yhwh's future planned temple.

7. 40 YEARS WILDERNESS WANDERING

After leaving Egypt, the nation was imposed with a 40 year wilderness wandering before they entered the promised land 'flowing with milk and honey'. Yhwh was refining the nation during this period, tens of thousands of those whose hearts led them to go against Yhwh's commandments during this refining period were executed. This also formed part of the pattern.

"Remember the long road that Yhwh your God made you walk these 40 years in the wilderness, to humble you and to put you to the test so as to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep his commandments or not" Deu 8:2.

8. BREAD FROM HEAVEN

During this 40 years in the wilderness, the nation was miraculously fed with manna food (frost bread from heaven) provided by God each day. Further pattern details.

"So he humbled you and let you go hungry and fed you with the manna, which neither you had known nor your fathers had known, in order to make you know that man does not live by bread alone but man lives by every expression from Yhwh's mouth." Deu 8:3.

Part 2

PHASE 2.

FIRST PART OF THE CONSTRUCTION COMPLETED

1. THE REAL SACRIFICED BLOOD OF A LAMB.

The pattern laid out of the lamb becomes a reality in the Christ. Three and a half years before the end of the Abraham 2,000 year covenant and the start of a new 2,000 year Kingdom covenant. John the Baptist in 29 AD identified this special lamb. John was baptizing, when he saw Jesus coming toward him, he said: “See, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world! .... Again the next day, John was standing with two of his disciples, and as he looked at Jesus walking, he said: “See, the Lamb of God!” John 1:29, 35,36.

This now identified 'real' lamb was provide by God for the sacrificial removal of our inherited Adamic substandard condition (sin), which induces ageing into death for all humans (see Original Sin). The greater 'Moses' covenant maker, was of course, Christ, who brokered a far better contract. At God’s appointed time, Jesus became the ‘Real Passover sacrifice’ provided by his slaughtered body and blood. According to the pattern, Jesus was the true lamb, his body was to be a whole sacrifice, none of his bones were broken as was the customary practice with execution by impaling or crucifixion.

" the soldiers came and broke the legs of the first man who had been impaled with Jesus, and then those of the other. But when they came to Jesus and saw that he was already dead they did not break his legs" John19:32-33.

This completed that part of the pattern that none of the passover lamb bones were to be broken.

2. LAMB'S BLOOD SAVES NOT 22,273 BUT 144,000 FIRSTBORN.

During the first century, the blood of the sacrificed Lamb enabled many new 'first born' ones to be saved from Adamic death. The weighed value of the Lamb's blood is changed into purchasing power, enabling God to select individuals for a rebirth as first born Sons of God. He then claims them as belonging to Him, His property. These He then hands over to his first born Son, the Christ, and so these ones also belong to Christ.

“I have made your name manifest to the men whom you gave me out of the world. They were yours, and you gave them to me, and they have observed your word". "I make request concerning them: I request not about the world, but only about those you have given me, because they are yours", J17:6, 9.

The apostle Paul wrote to some of these first born members of the 144,000 when he said, "the congregation of the firstborn who have been enrolled in the heavens, and God the Judge of all, and the spiritual lives of righteous ones who have been made perfect", Hebrews 12:23.

The apostle Peter said of the reborn ones “He has caused us to be born again (first born) to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,” 1 Peter 1:3,23, (ESV).

Paul confirmed the 144,000 belong to God.“If we live, we live for the Lord, and if we die, we die for the Lord, whether we live or die, we belong to God,” Romans 14:8.

This lamb's blood saves selected substandard humans, reborn as perfected Sons of God who then belong to Him. They are transformed through the purchasing and cleansing power of the sacrificed Lamb's blood. They are given by God to Jesus to be formed into a brotherhood of Priests, assigned to operate in the temple arrangement in the spirit realm.

                      
Rebirth By Exclusive Process

Jesus explained that this rebirth requires undergoing an exclusive process, involving water and spirit, based on blood.

“Most truly I say to you, unless anyone is born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God.”...: “Most truly I say to you, unless anyone is born from water and spirit, he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God." John 3:3,5

John identified Jesus as operating under, water, spirit and blood.

"The one who came by means of water and blood, Jesus Christ, not with the water only, but with the water and with the blood. And the spirit is bearing witness, because the spirit is the truth. For there are three witness bearers: the spirit and the water and the blood; and the three harmonise." 1 John 5:6-8.

Peter said to some Jews who had undergone John's baptism of repentance, but not the water baptism of Jesus for cancelling of their sins.

“Repent and let each one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the free gift of the holy spirit. .. to all those whom Yhwh our God may call to himself.” Acts 2:38-39.

Peter refers to the baptism of first non Jews "While Peter was still speaking ... holy spirit came upon all those hearing the word. the free gift of the holy spirit was being poured out also on people of the nations... Peter responded: “Can anyone deny water to prevent these from being baptized who have received the holy spirit just as we have? With that he commanded them to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ". Acts 10: 44-48.

Under this arrangement, Paul confirmed that all nationalities, conditions, and genders are united.

"You are all, in fact, Sons of God through your faith in Christ Jesus. For all of you who were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor freeman, there is neither male nor female, for you are all one in union with Christ Jesus." Gal 3:26-28.

This special rebirth is limited in number to 144,000 individuals selected by God, who having first acquired an understanding of what is involved, make a self dedication to serve God in their assignments to the death. They seal their voluntary decision with their water baptism, symbolising their ending one course of life and starting another. They individually accept the terms of the Kingdom blood contract and sign into it with their own blood. All 144,000 happily then offer their “reborn lives” in sacrificial deaths, no light undertaking.

Jesus said L22:29 " I make a contract with you, the same as my father has made a contract with me, for a Kingdom, L22:30 that you may eat and drink at my table in my Kingdom, and sit on thrones to judge the twelve tribes of Israel." L22:20c "This cup means the new covenant by virtue of my blood, which is to be poured out in your behalf. m14:24 He said to them "This is my blood of the covenant which is to be poured out for many M26:28 for forgiveness of sins." compilation.

The contractors understood it to be a blood contract, Jesus's blood and their own “Even as it is written, “For your sake we are killed all day long. We were accounted as sheep for the slaughter” Romans 8:36.

3. THESE SAVED 144,000 FIRSTBORN ARE TRANSFORMED INTO A PRIESTHOOD.

The pattern (stage 1) illustrated initially how a sacrificed lamb saved 22,273 firstborn male Israelites from death and who were then transformed into a Levitical priesthood.

Jesus's "lamb's" blood was shed on behalf of these ones. In the first century, after signing into the Kingdom contract, thousands were released from their sin. The simple reason for saving these ones in such a costly way, was so that they could be built into a priesthood to perform specific sacrificial functions as stated by Jesus in the book of Revelation. To become a Royal Priesthood after the time appointed for their resurrection.

"You are “a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for special possession, that you should declare abroad the excellencies” of the One who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. For you were once not a people, but now you are God’s people; once you had not been shown mercy, but now you have received mercy" 1 Peter 2:9-10.

"From Jesus Christ, ... who set us free from our sins by means of his own blood and he made us to be a kingdom, priests to his God and Father" Rev 1:5-6.

“You are worthy to take the scroll and open its seals, for you were slaughtered and with your blood you bought people for God out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, and you made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God, and they are to rule as kings over the earth.” Rev 5:9-10.

"I saw thrones, and those who sat on them were given authority to judge. ... those executed for the witness they gave about Jesus and for speaking about God, ... they came to life and ruled as kings with the Christ for 1,000 years. .. This is the first resurrection. over these the second death has no authority, they will be priests of God and of the Christ, and they will rule as kings with him for the 1,000 years". Rev 20:4-6.

4. THE PRIESTHOOD SERVES IN A TEMPLE

In order to become new beings or new creations, they need to follow God's prescribed entry stages. After acquiring knowledge and understanding of the Kingdom, they must agree to the Kingdom contract conditions, then undergo Jesus's Baptism dedicating themselves to Kingdom service. These are then able to be reborn into new creations by the spirit power Jesus received from Yhwh on presentation of his sacrificed life to Him. As new creations and prospective priests, they agree to sacrifice their reborn lives as sacrificial lambs, these life sacrifices they will in turn apply as priests. They collectively become the heavenly spirit Temple of God, built with 144,000 sacrificed 'lambs'.

"Therefore, if anyone is in union with Christ, he is a new creation; the old things passed away; look! new things have come into existence" 2 Cor 5:17.

These ones as new creations become further human sacrificial 'lambs of God'. Like Jesus, they undertake to sacrifice their now reborn lives as sacrificial lambs on behalf of mankind, just as Jesus did. These newly created lambs need very special looking after and therefore why Jesus said to Peter three times 'FEED MY LAMBS'. "Jesus said to Simon Peter: ... “Feed my lambs.”.... “Shepherd my little sheep.” ..... “Feed my little sheep". John 21:15-17 .

"Do you not know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that the spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone destroys the temple of God, God will destroy him; for the temple of God is holy, and you are that temple." 1Co 3:16-17.

"For we are a temple of a living God; just as God said: “I will reside among them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people.” 2 Cor 6:16.

"You are fellow citizens of the holy ones and members of the household of God, you have been built up on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, while Christ Jesus himself is the foundation cornerstone. In union with him the whole building, being harmoniously joined together, is growing into a holy temple for Yhwh. 22 In union with him you too are being built up together into a place for God to inhabit with spirit power". Eph 2:19-22.

In the year 33AD, a group of these potential Holy ones, while watching Jesus depart for heaven, were spoken to by two angels. This key scripture is generally misread as referring to Jesus' future visible returning to earth. Examining more closely the original Greek words of Acts 1:11, it reveals a somewhat different understanding, not of Jesus returning to earth but of these ones watching, going to meet him in heaven.

Earlier, Jesus had said to them, that in the future, these ones given to him would be united with him where he and God were. J16:16 "In a little while you will see me no longer, and then after a brief time you will see me." Westcott and Hort. J17:24 "Father referring to what you have given me. I wish that where I will be, they may also be with me, so that they may see the glory you gave to me before this world was established. J13:36 Simon Peter asked him, "Master where are you going?" Jesus replied "Where I am going you cannot now follow; but you will follow later." J14:3 "if I go and prepare a place for you then when you arrive I will receive you to myself so that where I am you will also be".Westcott and Hort.

5. HIGH PRIEST TAKES SACRIFICE THROUGH CURTAIN.

In the original pattern, once a year on behalf of all the nation, the High-Priest carried a blood sacrifice as an atonement for sin from the altar in the courtyard outside the tabernacle, into the first holy compartment (which compartment symbolised a God approved condition on earth). Then, taken through the curtain that separated these two compartments into the second Holy of Holies compartment (symbolising the throne position of Yhwh in heaven). The pattern of the priest going through this curtain illustrated the person passing from an approved situation on earth into heaven itself and God's throne position. They take their sacrifices which they symbolically present to God in heaven.

Christ, as Yhwh's firstborn and anointed High priest, was the first to carry out the reality of this pattern. Being the lamb of God, he sacrificed his body and blood on earth. When he died, this temple curtain was torn open, showing the special pathway had now been opened and Christ would be able to present his human 'lamb' sacrifice made on earth to Yhwh in heaven. This he could do after his transference to heaven, 40 days after his resurrection. He then received unique spirit power from Yhwh, calculated on the value of his blood atoning sacrifice. This was to be used for a special group of selected humans to cancel their inherited Adamic and personal sin. This spirit power he first used when he countermanded the inherited sins of 120 of his selected disciples on Pentecost 33.

The firstborn pattern.

Jesus was God's firstborn of all His family. Yhwh created Jesus as His begotten or firstborn son of all spirit creatures. Adam was originally the firstborn son of all human creatures. There existed a balancing relationship between these two first born sons.

"the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation; for in him were all things created, in the heavens and upon the earth, things visible and things invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers; all things have been created through him, and unto him;" Col 1:15-16.

"For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, This day have I begotten you? and again, I will be to him a Father, And he shall be to me a Son? 6 And when he again brings in the firstborn into the world he said, And let all the angels of God worship him". Heb 1:5-6.

The High Priest Pattern.

Jesus was anointed as God's true everlasting High Priest.

"We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, both sure and firm, and it enters in within the curtain, where a forerunner has entered in our behalf, Jesus, who has become a high priest in the manner of Melchizedek forever." Heb 6:19-20.

"Christ came as a high priest ... he passed through the greater and more perfect tent (temple) not made with hands, that is, not of this creation. He entered into the holy place, not with the blood of goats and of young bulls, but with his own blood, once for all time, and obtained an everlasting ransoming; redemption for us. ... the blood of the Christ", Heb 9:11-12.

The Real Lamb of God That Can Remove Sin

Jesus was God's intended sacrificial Lamb which would take away the sins of a selected group of individuals who would become firstborn Sons of God.

“See, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world! .... Again the next day, John was standing with two of his disciples, and as he looked at Jesus walking, he said: “See, the Lamb of God!” John 1:29, 35,36.

Jesus Presents His Sacrifice Directly to God

Jesus takes his blood sacrifice through the symbolic curtain into Yhwh's throne presence attendance in heaven.

"The heavenly things require far better sacrifices. For Christ did not enter into a holy place made with hands, which is a copy of the reality, but into heaven itself, so that he now appears before God on our behalf. Now to manifest himself once for all time at the conclusion of the ages to do away with sin through the sacrifice of himself." Heb 9:23-26.

At Pentecost 120 Receive Spirit Power

The selected ones reborn, become Sons of God and receive an anointing as priests. Their lives now take on great value in God's eyes. Like Jesus, they have contracted to offer their now reborn lives as sacrificial lambs to God. After their sacrificial deaths at an appointed time, they also will be able to personally present their sacrificed blood to Yhwh in heaven (during phase 3). As the symbolic curtain was now open for them to later go through.

"Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence in the way of entry for us into the holy place by the blood of Jesus, which he opened for us as a new and living way through the curtain, that is, his flesh, " Heb 10:19-20.

6. PRIESTHOOD PRESENT THEIR SACRIFICES IN GODS PRESENCE

After being born again, these anointed ones had the right as Sons of God to everlasting life. All had contracted into the Kingdom covenant with Jesus, which entailed sacrificing their new lives to the death. They understood death to be a transitional wait period, to be followed later at an appointed time by the mechanism of resurrection and transference to heaven, to meet up with Jesus and form a Priesthood. When this 144.000 strong Priesthood have all been collected through a staggered resurrection, they will collectively operate in the spirit realm as living stones, built into a functioning spiritual temple of God.

In 33 AD, angels said "Galilaian men, the one you are standing looking at entering heaven, this Jesus the one who has been taken from you to the one in heaven, you will follow after this one in like manner, in order to see him, by transferring to the one in heaven" Acts 1:11 Westcott & Hort. see The Temple of God section real Bread.

After these ones gain their promised unique resurrection as spirit-beings, they can enter through the symbolic curtain like Jesus. They too can then offer individually, as 'Lambs of God' their sacrificed lives before Yhwh at His throne in heaven. Enabling them to each claim spirit power to the value their sacrifice has earned. With this gained power received, each member of the 144,000 together with Jesus' power, will collectively be able to empower a resurrection of every single person on earth that has died. It takes a total of 144,001 sacrificed Lambs of God to achieve this massive feat. All those billions who have died have each paid the penalty for their Adamic and personal sin, "For the one who has died has been acquitted from his sin" Rom 6:7. But they need resurrecting from death which requires the powered value of 144,001`human' lamb sacrifices. These dead billions will be resurrected with perfectly functioning human bodies, but will retain the same personalities, memories, traits, attitudes and characteristics, which for most will need to be changed voluntarily.

7. WILDERNESS WANDERING FOR 40 YEARS

A pattern of a 40 year generation period of wandering in the wilderness after the Exodus was created. It patterned these reborn ones Christ collected during the first century into a new spiritual Israel during a 40 year generation period between 30 and 70 AD, they too wandered as if in a wilderness situation, being no part of the world's affairs. As in the pattern, by the end of the generation period, all these first born ones had been killed off.

" I urge you as temporary aliens and residents to keep abstaining from fleshly desires, which wage war against you." 1 Pet 2:11.

"If you were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own. Now because you are no part of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, for this reason the world hates you." John 15:19.

Jesus confirmed in the year 33, that all the things prophesied to take place for these born again ones would take place within a 40 year generation period.

" Truly I say to you that this generation will by no means pass away until all these things happen. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will by no means pass away" Mat 24:33-35.

8. BREAD FROM HEAVEN

As set by the pattern of the manna bread from heaven, Jesus was the true bread from heaven. He fed himself as spiritual food, supplied from God, to these firstborn Sons during the 40 year generation period between 30 and 70 AD.

Jesus said to them: “Most truly I say to you, Moses did not give you the bread from heaven, but my Father gives you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is the one who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.” So they said to him: “Lord, always give us this bread.” Jesus said to them: “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will not get hungry at all, and whoever exercises faith in me will never get thirsty at all." John 6:32-35.

“I am the bread of life. Your forefathers ate the manna in the wilderness and yet they died. This is the bread that comes down from heaven, so that anyone who may eat of it shall live. I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread he will have life in the age; and moreover the one i shall give my flesh to, these when resurrected have higher positions in the heavenly order.” John 6:48-51 Wostcott & Hort .

"Jesus said to them: Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood has everlasting life, and I will resurrect him on the last day; for my flesh is true food and my blood is true drink. Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood remains in union with me, and I in union with him. Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so also the one who feeds on me will live because of me. This is the bread that came down from heaven. It is not as when your forefathers ate and yet died. Whoever feeds on this bread will live forever.” John 6:53-58.

The manna in the wilderness patterned this real bread of Christ's body and blood, which these reborn ones must feed on, it provides the power required for resurrecting these ones into the spiritual temple arrangement. Where they will carry out their priestly duties, administering the power they have gained from the value of their sacrificed bodies and blood, once they had had their sin removed by rebirth as new creations.

SECOND CONSTRUCTION PART OF PATTERN

1. REALITIES ARE PERFECTED ON THE LAMB'S BLOOD.

The completion of the pattern of Egyptian firstborn ones who were transferred into a priesthood serving in Yhwh's tabernacle is also revealed in the book of Revelation. This book is written exclusively for further contracted servants of God to be appointed at a future time. The information that the Revelation contains was carefully designed to include 'time keys', signs identifying the appointed time for the reality of the pattern. These identifying markers have been designed to fit together at only one specific time.

The Revelation opens with the words "A disclosure; (revelation) by Jesus Christ, which God gave him, to show his contractual servants (slaves) things that must shortly take place. And he sent his angel and presented it in signs through him to his contracted servant (slave) John", Rev 1:1 Westcott and Hort.

"he made us to be a kingdom, priests to his God and Father..yes, to him be the glory and the might forever. Amen. ... By inspiration I came to be in the Lord’s day, Rev 1:6, 10.

2. THE REAL LAMB'S BLOOD SAVES 144,000 FIRSTBORN.

So, who are these additional servants of Yhwh contracted to Jesus, who, like the apostles, will sign into the Kingdom contract, receive spirit power and be reborn as Sons of God? We are informed that the required number was not completed during the first century but would be in the 'Lords day' period referred to in the Revelation. This informs us that these last 'born-again' ones will make up the specific prescribed number to 144,000 (12,000 x 12). They will stand alongside their first century brothers.

"The Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with him 144,000 who have his name and the name of his Father written on their foreheads. And they are singing..a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders, and no one was able to master that song except the 144,000, who have been bought from the earth. ... These were bought from among mankind as first fruits to God and to the Lamb, and no deceit was found in their mouths; they are without blemish." Rev 14:1-5.

This select priesthood are made up of two groups, those from the first century who sacrificed their lives, now waiting in death for the appointed time for their resurrection. After receiving their heavenly resurrection, they have to wait for a short time while a final group is recruited to complete the 144,000 number required. These ones, after a short period in Kingdom activity, are sacrificially killed off and quickly receive their resurrection, joining their brothers, completing the number of 144,000 living stones in the temple they are built into. I will cause my two witnesses to prophesy for 1,260 days dressed in sackcloth.” When they have finished their witnessing, the wild beast that ascends out of the abyss will wage war with them and conquer them and kill them. And those of the peoples ... will look at their corpses for three and a half days, After the three and a half days, spirit of life from God entered into them, And they heard a loud voice from heaven say to them: “Come up here.” And they went up into heaven in the cloud, ..15 The seventh angel blew his trumpet. and there were loud voices in heaven saying, “The heavenly constitutional rulership Westcott & Hort has become the Kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will rule as king forever and ever.” And the temple sanctuary of God in heaven was opened," Rev 11:1-19.

These making up the number to 144,000 will be the last ones to be selected from mankind, substandard humans infected with inherited sin. They will also need to undergo a rebirth through an expensive washing process, in order to cleanse them of their inherited Adamic death dealing contamination, along with their own personal sins (see original sin). This elevates them to God's acceptable standard. Achieved by being purchased with sin-cancelling power, obtained from the credited value of Christ's blood sacrifice, enabling their rebirth as new creations. Only then can God adopt these new creations as members into His family, as His 'Sons', to complete the required 144,000 priesthood.

Members of the 144,000 previously selected and sealed during the period 33 to 70 AD sacrificed their perfected lives just as Jesus did on God's altar of service, and have been sleeping in death, waiting for the appointed time for their resurrection in heaven. When resurrected, they have to wait a little longer until the 144,000 number is completed with others who will also become part of their brotherhood. These will also be killed sacrificially just as they had been.

And their corpses will be on the main street of the great city that is in a spiritual sense called Sodom and Egypt, where their Lord was also executed on the stake. ... After the three and a half days, spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood on their feet, and great fear fell upon those who saw them. And they heard a loud voice from heaven say to them: “Come up here.” And they went up into heaven in the cloud, Rev 11:7-11.

The Wild beast "was given authority to act for 42 months (3 1/2 years)... permitted to wage war with the holy ones and conquer them, If anyone has an ear, let him hear. .. If anyone is meant for captivity, he will go into captivity. If anyone is killed with the sword, he must be killed with the sword. This is where it calls for endurance and faith on the part of the holy ones". Rev 13:5, 9,10.

Exclusive Rebirth Process

During the period of the Lord's reactivity, this final group will be collected from the various Christian denominations to complete the required 144,000 priests. See SECRET MYSTERIES OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD section FINAL HARVESTING OF 'LIVING STONES. Recruited from existing Christian religions, most will have been taught manmade doctrines and so, must first acquire accurate knowledge of the Kingdom's developments and progress. This education will initially come through a prophesied repeat 'John the baptist' preparation work. See John the Baptist ministries. All of these need to understand fully what is involved in signing the Kingdom contract. Once prepared, if they so desire, they can make a voluntary agreement to the terms of the contract. Undergoing a water immersion (baptism), making their personal dedication to a change in their life's future course. Jesus explained that this rebirth requires an exclusive process involving water and spirit.

“Most truly I say to you, unless anyone is born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God.”...: “Most truly I say to you, unless anyone is born from water and spirit, he cannot enter into the Rulership (Kingdom) of God." John 3:3,5.

Once these selected volunteers have acquired accurate knowledge, and made their self dedication by water baptism, they receive the all important spirit power, supplied by Jesus, which creates for them a rebirth as one of the firstborn ones and an anointing for priestly duties.

Peter said“Repent and let each one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the free gift of the holy spirit. .. to all those whom Yhwh our God may call to himself.” Acts 2:38-39.

If accepted and selected by God, they are then under contract to serve Kingdom interests, the most important being their agreeing to sacrifice their newly acquired "reborn lives" in death, each agreeing to be whole sacrificial lambs. These last ones as 'Lambs of God' happily offer their “reborn lives” in sacrificial deaths, just as their first century brothers had.

"The number was filled of their fellow slaves and their brothers who were about to be killed as they had been" Rev 6:11.

3. THESE 144,000 FIRSTBORN ARE TRANSFORMED INTO A PRIESTHOOD

During the Revelation Lord's day period, 144,000 after resurrection as spirit beings are formed into a heavenly Priesthood. They are then able as priests to perform the administration of special sacrifices. The sacrifices they oversee and administer are their own sacrificed reborn lives. The conglomerate strength of 144,000 sacrificed lives, together with their High Priest's sacrificed life, is sufficiently powerful to enable the resurrection of all mankind that have died over the generations of human history. Those ones who showed loyalty to God before they died receive a 'justified' early earthly resurrection. Those billions who did nothing by way of expressing any loyalty to God (the vast majority of dead mankind) to an unjustified resurrection some 1,000 years later.

This priesthood is referred to by Jesus on many occasions in the book of Revelation.

“You are worthy to take the scroll and open its seals, for you were slaughtered and with your blood you bought people for God out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, and you made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God, and they are to rule as kings over the earth.” Rev 5:9-10.

"I saw thrones, and those who sat down on them were given authority to judge. ... those executed for the witness they gave about Jesus and for speaking about God, ... they came to life and ruled as kings with the Christ for 1,000 years. .. This is the first resurrection. over these the second death has no authority, they will be priests of God and of the Christ, and they will rule as kings with him for the 1,000 years" Rev 20:4-6.

Paul verified two periods of resurrection, saying " I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous" Acts 26:15.

"Christ has been raised from the dead, the first-fruits of those fallen asleep in death. .. death came through a man, resurrection of the dead also comes through a man. Each one in his own proper order: Christ the firstfruits, afterward those who belong to the Christ during his presence. He rules as king until God has put all enemies under his feet and the last enemy, death, is brought to nothing.” 1 Cor 15:20-25.

Paul's words "My aim is to know him and the power of his resurrection and to share in his sufferings, submitting myself to a death like his, to see if at all possible I may attain to the earlier resurrection from the dead. But our citizenship exists in the heavens, and we are eagerly waiting for a savoir from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our humble body to be like his glorious body by his great power that enables him to subject all things to himself" Phil 3:10,11,20,21.

4. PRIESTHOOD SERVES IN A SPIRITUAL TEMPLE IN HEAVEN

During the Revelation period of the Lord's day, the construction of the real Temple will be fully completed in heaven with 144,000 living stones. These former humans are resurrected as spirit beings, assigned to perform specific functions as a working priesthood within this temple arrangement (pattern = holy of holies). see THE TEMPLE OF GOD.

"You yourselves as living stones are being built up into a spiritual house belonging to God, into a priesthood belonging to the anointed ones (saints), to offer up their sacrificial acts, well received by God through Jesus Christ the Anointed ... But you are “a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for special possession" 1 Pet 2:5,9. Westcott &Hort Greek

"You are fellow citizens of the holy ones and are members of the household of God, and you have been built up on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, while Christ Jesus himself is the foundation cornerstone. In union with him the whole building, being harmoniously joined together, is growing into a holy temple for Yhwh. In union with him you too are being built up together into a place for God to inhabit by spirit". Eph 2:19-22.

"Do you not know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that the spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone destroys the temple of God, God will destroy him; for the temple of God is holy, and you are that temple". 1Cor 3:16-17.

"I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. ... “I will show you the bride, the Lamb’s wife.” .... he showed me the holy city Jerusalem coming down out of heaven from God ...The wall of the city had 12 foundation stones, on them were the 12 names of the 12 apostles of the Lamb. .. He also measured its wall, 144 cubits according to a man’s measure, at the same time an angel’s measure. I did not see a temple in it, for Yhwh, God the Almighty is its temple, also the Lamb is". Rev 21:2, 9, 10,14,17, 22.

The exclusive purpose of this temple arrangement, designed and engineered by Yhwh is to facilitate a resurrection of all the billions of deceased mankind and bring all that wish to become Sons of God to join His family.

5. HIGH PRIEST TAKES SACRIFICE THROUGH CURTAIN INTO HOLY OF HOLY.

The High Priest, the Lamb of God took the accomplishment of his human sacrificed life and presented it to Yhwh at His throne in heaven in the year 33, between days 40 and 50 after his resurrection. Patterned by the temple curtain separating the earthly arrangements of God from the heavenly ones.

6. PRIESTS ENTER GOD'S PRESENCE TO PRESENT THEIR SACRIFICES (Through the Curtain).

The 144,000 priests each present the accomplishment of their own human life sacrifices to Yhwh at His throne in heaven after their resurrection between the years 2029 and 2033. This was patterned by the Levite priests carrying animal sacrifices into the Holy of Holies compartment.

7. FORTY YEARS OF WILDERNESS WANDERING

During the period of the Lord's day, there is to occur another 40 year generation sojourn. It will be the last 40 year generation period of this old world, with all its man-made systems. A great multitude of people will be gathered during this period who wish to accept obedient citizenship under the new Kingdom rulership. During this period, they separate themselves from being attached to any of the world's systems, they take no part in it, becoming aliens,
