In the previous web appendices 30 and 31, an examination is made of two bible timetables.
Timetable 1 covering a 50,000 year cycle based on the 50 year Jubilee 1:1,000 scale model.
Timetable 2 covering an 8,000 year period made up of the 7,000 year rest day plus a 1,000 year Jubilee.
We now proceed to this 4,000 year Kingdom plan sited inside the 8,000 year period.

TIME TABLE 3 = 4,000 YEAR KINGDOM PLAN
Within the 8,000 year timetable, lies a further 4000 year Kingdom building timetable. Referred to as a "sacred secret" of God's by Paul in the book of Ephesians, "he made known to us the secret of his will according to his good pleasure which he purposed for a government (administration) at the full limit of the appointed times, namely, to gather all things together again in the Christ, the things in the heavens and the things on the earth" Ephesians 1:9-10.
This secret administration or government is identified in scripture as 'The Kingdom of God', which remained a mystery throughout many generations of human history. It was selectively revealed by God, piece by piece through various generations at certain time stages as theyt became due, revealed on a 'need to know' basis. It has been unfolding step by step throughout human history. We have now arrived at the time when it is possible to understand this secret and its further stages.
This Kingdom is the method God intends to use to reconcile the situation of mankind. Christ revealed to Paul that this mystery of reconciliation would be an administration built on a paid ransom. At God's appointed time, it will reconcile all things in heaven and on earth under Christ. This Kingdom plan, its preparation and construction spans 4,000 years. Over the past two thousand years, its arrival has been anticipated by millions who pray, "Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. May your Kingdom come soon. May your will be done on earth, and in heaven" Mat 6:9-10 NLT Translation . But how many understand just what they are praying for?

THE 4,000 YEAR KINGDOM PLAN
TWO COVENANTS HINGE EACH SIDE OF THE PIVOT DATE 33 AD

This 4,000 year Kingdom plan is made up of two contracts. The first half was a preparation contract, leading to the all important death date. The second half is a legal contract, upon which the building of an administration could take place by applying the acquired value of Christ's ransomed death.
FIRST HALF.
The first 2,000 years of the plan was a preparation process, laying down directions leading to the Christ. The identification of this coming offspring was sign posted from Abraham. God invited Abraham to work with Him in setting up a lineage chain. Provided Abraham chose to co-operate, Yhwh promised to make a contractual agreement with him, guaranteeing a future descendant of his would become the prophesied 'offspring of man'. To seal this agreement, the requirement of a circumcised linking generation chain was set up. It was imposed on Abraham and the future lineage of his circumcised descendants.
Circumcision, the cutting away of the foreskin around the penis of Abraham and then all his descendant males, was the sealing act of this agreement made with God, more significant than any written signature. The seed that passed through the circumcised penises of Abraham's line of descendants, would eventually lead to the birth of the promised 'offspring of man'. A trail to mankind's beneficiary was being sign posted and highlighted. "He (God) said to Abraham, ‘Through your offspring all peoples on earth will be blessed." Acts 3:25 New International Version.
"He (Abraham) received the sign of circumcision as a seal of the righteousness that he had by faith while he was still uncircumcised. ... For the promise that he would inherit the world did not come to Abraham (and) to his descendants through the law but through the righteousness of faith" Romans 4:11-13 New Revised Standard Version.
For 2,000 years, through an unbroken line linking 42 generations of circumcised fathers, all Abraham's descendants, the main seed appears, identified as the 'Christ' at Galatians 3:16 "Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He said not " to seeds", as of many; but as of one, And to your seed, which is Christ" American King James Version. This now identified offspring of Abraham received a blow by opposition descendants at the time of his execution. This blow did not destroy the life completely, two days later he was revived by God through a justified resurrection, thereby reducing it to a minor 'heel' blow, unable to permanently kill off the seed, Genesis 3:15.
Once the sacrificial death of Christ had been carried out, there was no longer any need for the continuation of a circumcised lineage, the contract had matured after 2,000 years. The bloodline covenant ended in 33 with Jesus' execution. This unique sacrificed life now provided a legal basis upon which the promised "benefits to all mankind" could be built. The next agreement was a new blood contract drawn up on the value of Christ's sacrificed blood. This becomes the foundation on which is built a facility that will apply these promised benefits to mankind, the Kingdom government.

FIRST HALF
OF KINGDOM PLAN
THE ABRAHAM COVENANT Covenant between The Contract matures |
Two major contracts in the Bible, the Abraham and the Kingdom covenants are two stages in the development of God's plan. The Abraham contract matured after 2,000 years, when the promised offspring of Abraham provided the ransom sacrifice. The Kingdom or New contract directly follows the Abraham contract. These two covenants run tandem, both remain in force for the same length of time, they are fixed 2000 year term contracts. The death of Jesus Christ in 33 divides these two covenants. On the day of Jesus' death, the Abraham covenant matured and came to its end and the new Kingdom covenant commenced. Each contract runs for exactly 2,000 years.
THE DATE OF JESUS' DEATH IS THE KEY.
The human condition of cellular ageing leading to death is a hereditary disease inflicting the entire human race, all are infected with this
terminal sickness. Our race first became contaminated with this deadly disease nearly 6,000 years ago, when it was contracted by the genealogical father of the entire human race, Adam.
So long as the father of the human race remained loyal to God's oversight, his and human offsprings life span would never have been allowed to degenerate to its present meagre average of 70 years. Adam was fully warned of this danger of going independent and rejecting God - eventual death. "The tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die." New King James Version Genesis 2:17 (note: a day to God is as a 1,000 years 2 Peter 3:8 Adam died at 930 years within a 1,000 year day period Gen 5:5).
The whole sorry situation has become an oppressive incurable disease and like many other diseases, originally self inflicted. This 'Adamic deficiency syndrome' is referred to in the Bible as Adamic sin. The word 'sin' translates the meaning "being without, deficient, substandard, erroneous, delinquent or short of the mark".
At Romans 5:12, it says "When Adam sinned, sin entered the world. Adam’s sin brought death, so death spread to everyone, for everyone sinned" NLT. Or we could render it "When Adam went delinquent, deficiency entered the world. Adam's substandard condition resulted in death, and so death spread to everyone as all were now short of God's standard".
Through Adam's delinquency, he became substandard or deficient (sinful). This condition was then inherited by all generations of the human race; this deficiency (sin) ended in death which spread to all mankind because they all inherited this substandard condition from Adam. He failed God's standard of loyalty by wilful independent rebellion (More info at "Inherited Original Sin").
THE 'BENEFIT' IS A CURE
A reversal of this generation on generation death chain is desperately required: the chain needs to be broken to allow a fresh start. Can any cure counteract this situation and re-connect loyal ones of mankind back to God's life support systems? Justice would require it to be offered to all mankind and all generations that have suffered the consequences of this terminal ageing disease, as well as those who have not yet been born, who are destined to inherit it and suffer the same fatality.
The answer, an emphatic yes! The death of the perfectly loyal man Jesus Christ provided this cure! At 1 Corinthians 15:22, it tells us "For just as through Adam all die, so also through Christ all will (future) be made alive again," Weymouth New Testament. At Matthew 20:28, Jesus said: "just as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give His life as the redemption-price for many." Weymouth New Testament. The contamination of one man was a self inflicted disease, the result of rejecting and going independent from the one providing life and the means of sustaining it: even after he had been fully warned, independence would result in his body breaking down by cellular ageing, leading to death.
A ransom sacrifice is the vital element in establishing a cure. It is the central point underlying the legal basis for the entire Kingdom plan. This foundation allowed further stages to be built. It took the sacrificed perfect life of God's first born spirit Son, uninfected with Adamic death, to redeem what had been lost by God's first born physical Son and so, rebalance the legal situation. Since the time of Adam, this one has been the only man uncontaminated with Adamic death. The timing of this sacrifice was of paramount importance. It was the most carefully plotted event in the entire restoration plan. In fact, it becomes the absolute central time point to the plan. God's stopwatch has been ticking for 4,000 years, from the beginning of the seventh creative rest day to this fixed date.
Regarding this, Galatians 4:4 says: "when the set time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law", New International Version. The time set for this birth was accurately calculated in order to set the critical date when he would die. To achieve this, God organised the precise time for Mary's conception and thereby the birth date (Luke 1:30-38). By controlling the date of Jesus birth, all other events in his earthly life were set to follow in allotted sequence, culminating in his all important death date. The year 33 was exactly 4000 years after the seventh creative rest day began, precisely halfway through the 8,000 year time frame (see 8,000 year timetable) and exactly 2,000 years after the Abrahamic contract was made, half way through the 4,000 year plan.
God programmed Jesus' ministry to commence when he was exactly 30 years old ( October 29 ). His ministry was set to run for three and a half years and end with his death in April 33, when he was 33 1/2 years old. With the death date set, it was only a matter of calculating back 33 1/2 years plus 9 months pregnancy, to arrive at the precise time God arranged for Mary to conceive, January 2 BC. Jesus was only too aware of the importance of the date set for his death; he spent much time and effort preparing for his appointment with it, and focused much of his teaching around it.
Is it not good news that a cure to our ageing disease has now become available for all humans, those it has already killed, the current generation, and future births who will inherit this infection? Every individual will be given an opportunity to take advantage of this death cure. It incorporates the means to restore perpetual life supporting conditions, enabling the opportunity for all individuals to re-connect in harmony with God. Plans are now being developed and well underway, dates are already set for administering the treatment of this death cure.
John 5:28-29 "Wonder not at this; for the hour cometh, wherein all that are in the graves shall hear the voice of the Son of God. And they that have done good things, shall come forth unto the resurrection of life; but they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of judgment" Douay-Rheims Bible.
THE KINGDOM CONTRACT

THE BUILDING CONTRACT
The first individuals invited to become party to this second contract, were the 11 apostles on the day it was validated in April (Nisan 14th) of the year 33. Jesus officiated its inauguration between himself and these first 11 apostles. A few hours before this new contract was validated by his death, he stated: "This wine representing my blood validates the covenant which is to be dispensed out on behalf of many for the cancelling of sin (Adamic and personal), I will not drink any more this symbolic wine until the day when I drink it again with you in the Kingdom" (Matthew 26:28-29).
This covenant offered them personal contractual involvement in Kingdom activity with Christ and a share in judging when people would receive a resurrection. "I covenant to give you, as my Father has covenanted to give me, a Kingdom so that you shall eat and drink at my table in my Kingdom, and sit on thrones as judges over the twelve tribes of Israel" Luke 22:29-30 Weymouth New testament Bible.
Paul confirmed that the promised 'blessing to all nations' given to Abraham would come by the final offspring in the covenant blood line; Jesus Christ. He explained that it incorporated the need or radical changes in selected faithful individuals by spirit power into new beings, referred to as new creations, in order for them to become adopted Sons of God and heirs of these promises. "Anyone in union with Christ he is a new creation ..new things have come into existence" 2 Cor 5:17 and "if you belong to Christ, then you are indeed true descendants of Abraham, and are heirs in fulfilment of the promise" Gal 3:29 Weymouth New testament Bible.
Jesus followed a very precise time schedule set by his Father for inaugurating this new contract. On its validation day, he said at Luke 22:29-30 he would next time "eat and drink it in my Kingdom", with these 11, along with a further 143,989 contractors (saints). When its term matured, the benefits of this Kingdom contract would be paid out to them by way of positions in the Kingdom administration. These ones, he "bought from the earth" by his life, his blood sacrifice.
Revelation 7:4 "I heard the number of those who were sealed, one hundred forty-four thousand, sealed out of every tribe of the people of Israel" New Revised Standard Version.
Revelation 14:1 "Then I looked, and there was the Lamb, standing on Mount Zion! And with him were one hundred forty-four thousand who had his name and his Father’s name written on their foreheads" New Revised Standard Version.
Revelation 14:3 "they sing a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and before the elders. No one could learn that song except the one hundred and forty-four thousand who have been redeemed from the earth" NRSV.
As with the Abraham covenant, the Kingdom contract also has a 2,000 year term. Started in 33 AD, it matures 2,000 years later, when the full number of the composite 'seed' will be completed and the Kingdom set up in the heavens. This new administration will then step by step bring about the promised benefits to all mankind. "For an administration at the full limit of the appointed times, namely, to gather all things together again in the Christ, the things in the heavens and the things on the earth. Yes, in him" Eph 1:10.
TWO CONTRACTS IN TANDEM
These two contracts butt together at the pivot date 33AD. The first Abraham covenant stretches back from 33AD for 2,000 years back to 1968BC. The second the New or Kingdom contract, pivots forward from 33AD for 2,000 years to 2033.

STAGES DEVELOPING THE DEATH CURE
Stage 1: Establishing a 2,000 year blood lineage as a sign post to identify the offspring who would benefit all mankind.
Stage 2: The death of Jesus Christ providing a rebalancing ransom sacrifice for mankind, purchasing a legal basis upon which to counteract inherited Adamic disease. This man paid the ransom price required to start purchase back humans to form a unique brotherhood administration, which in turn will be able to cancel that which was lost by the first man, the opportunity for achieving everlasting life. People of all nations will be able to be cured of this terminal disease through this process.
Stage 3: Setting up a universal administration under Christ with 144,000 assistant priests, referred to as the Kingdom of the heavens, will apply the Adamic death cure to all.
Stage 4: A mechanism enabling the benefits of the conglomerate sacrificial value will be applied by this priesthood to all generations of mankind. The application mechanism is resurrection. From God's archived records, individuals, life 'files' containing all information on every person asleep in death as a result of Adamic disease, can be legally retrieved. Each individual can be restored, through this resurrection mechanism, to life at their set time. The important date 2033, when the Kingdom commences its work, is approaching. We are nearing exciting events which will affect you.

The ‘Kingdom of God’ presently under construction with 144,000 human ‘living stones’ selected and approved by God, each contracted to positions of kings and priests. This Kingdom of God is a royal government, commissioned by God, existing to exclusively manage God's affairs, his entire family, and all creation.
Under contract this Kingdom has been placed in the hands of God’s Son who holds the position of King over 144,000 kings and High priest over 144,000 priests. In 2033 it will start its everlasting rule firstly over the spirit realm to be followed one bible generation later taking control of the earth and mankind (c2070) for an initial restoration period of 1,000 years. It will bring all things up to God’s standard and approval. The administration will then continue indefinitely carrying out all God’s future plans and objectives.
